Fastball

To accommodate as many different players as possible, we feature two 70’, two 55’, and two 35’ cages. TFA’s cages are fully equipped with baseball mounds or softball strider mats, pitching targets, protective screens, and tees.

No need to bring your own bands or exercise equipment. TFA has you covered in our warmup/cool down area. We also offer medicine ball and plyo box training equipment to boost the explosive elasticity needed for the rapid and forceful movements used on the diamond.

For our older players, TFA offers programmable I-Hack Attack pitching machines for both baseball and softball. These incredible machines can throw 8 different pitches while allowing users to select pitch type, speed, and spin either in preset sequences or a random rotation – ALL FROM A TOUCHSCREEN! For our younger players, we offer a traditional Jugs machine to help them get started.

Is weather or lack of field availability stopping you from practicing? No worries. Let TFA help you set up a great indoor practice. We have the room you need for hitting and pitching, plus our pitching machines can be converted for ground ball practice. With team packages beginning with 2 cages, your team will get all the work they need!

TFA offers group camps that will teach basic skills in a competitive, and enjoyable environment. Players will be grouped according to age and/or ability level and have lots of fun while learning valuable skills.
