Teams

"The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don’t play together, the club won’t be worth a dime." – Babe Ruth

The Fastball Academy is excited to offer the opportunity for players to join the Fastball Baseball and Softball Organization. The goal of this organization is to promote an environment for players to discover their full potential, achieve self-confidence, and create their own positive self-esteem while excelling at the game they enjoy most.

Fastball Baseball and Softball will provide a high level of training and competition to prepare our players for success both on and off the diamond. Whether playing at the high school level or working toward scholarship opportunities, the organization will place the most importance on developing leadership, character, and life skills as building blocks to success.

To meet that goal, we ask our players to have a strong work ethic focused on developing their athleticism, excelling in academics, building a strong character, and unrivaled sportsmanship. Players in the organization will practice respect for the game, umpires, teammates, parents, teachers, the organization, and themselves. It is also expected that players arrive on time and give 100% effort at practice and in games, while understanding they represent themselves, their parents, their team, and organization.

If this sounds like the program you are looking to be a part of, start your journey by submitting the appropriate tryout questionnaire.

“The strength of the team is each member. The strength of each member is the team.” — Phil Jackson
