Pitching is by far the most technical skill on the diamond. Done properly, nothing compares. Done improperly, injuries can occur.

Thus, pitchers must work harder than anyone on the team. For pitchers to be successful at throwing more strikes, walking fewer batters, and getting those outs, they need a foundation of basic mechanics which can easily be repeated.

TFA’s coaches will work with each pitcher to help them understand their balance point, how the hands and legs move together, the proper load, shoulder separation, and rotational power needed to help them develop the lower body drive for success.
