"Softball skills camp for pitchers and catchers only. Learn from two experienced high school upper-classmen and an experienced coach. The camp is 2 days from 11am - 1pm each day and will include warm-up routines, mechanics, mental tips, and more. Camp is indoors at The Fastball Academy. Do not wear cleats. Bring softball equipment Total cost of the 2-day camp is $60."

Pitcher : Pitching camps help improve pitching mechanics for baseball or softball players. Instruction includes: windup and stretch (baseball), fielding your position, throwing progression, warm-ups, core and shoulder workouts, pick-offs, fastball and breaking balls, and the mental approach.

Catcher : Catcher camps work on improving the physical and mental skills needed for baseball and softball catchers. Instruction includes: positioning, framing, blocking, catching pop-ups, giving signs, and more.
